Fat Loss Tip #27- Plan & Prepare!
Yesterday I gave you Fat Loss Tip #26- Never Go Hungry and Never Get Full!
In order to never go hungry, you must plan & prepare! For the most part, wherever I go I have food. Here are my staples that I carry with me in my car, office, and travel bag:
- Fruit: Apple and Pear (high fiber)
- Bars: Organic Raw Revolution Bar & Organic Food Bar- Protein or Omega 3 Flax
- Nuts: Sprouted Almonds or Walnuts
- Avocado
- Trail mix: Coconut, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds & Dark Chocolate
- Whey Protein: One World Whey or Standard Process
- Raw Vanilla Almond Snackaroons: Laughing Giraffe Organics
- Filtered Water
- Shaker container for shake as needed
No, this is not all I eat each day (I know what some of you were thinking)
Whatever I have for dinner, I generally have for lunch and sometimes even breakfast.
My travel snack staples are used before and after lunch to make sure I eat every 2-4 hours- EAT TO LOSE
When I am home I have different snacks:
- Coconut or Almond Milk
- Hummus & Veggies
- Organic Raw Cheese
- Organic Chicken, Turkey, Chicken Apple Sausage, Salemi
- Sunflower Butter or Almond Butter with Fruit
- Guacamole & Veggies
- Kale Chips
- Organic Strauss Yogurt with Whey, Berries & Nuts
Try some of these snack ideas so you will Never Go Hungry!
