New Boot Camp Sessions Added to Schedule This Week

Happy Monday!

  • Based upon your feedback, NEW Boot Camp sessions will begin this week! Join the new core-cardio session from 6:30-7:20 am each Thursday and a total body, interval workout from 5:15 -6:05 pm on Friday nights at the Harbor Studio.

  • September is a great time for a Detox! Why? Summer fun can lead to digestive distress, weight gain, belly fat, poor sleep, low energy, etc.  If you are ready for a new start, take advantage of the Back to School Sale on the 21 Day Detox and 10 Day Detox.   • Boot Campers, please use MindBody Connect to schedule your classes: MindBody Connect
  • The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet Saturday, September 13th at 7:30 am at the Edgewood/Canada Road Intersection–> Directions  Hikers and runners are welcome. Please invite your friends and family for this free community workout. We will do between 4-5 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂
