Raw Foods Class Tonight @ 7 pm

Happy Monday!

I hope all of you Mom’s out there had a great Mother’s Day. You deserve it!

If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and are free tonight @ 7 pm I have a great event for you to attend. Raw Foods Expert, Joan Jackson from San Diego is teaching a 2 hour raw foods class at my Studio in Belmont @ 7 pm. From what I hear, she is amazing.

This class focuses on closing the gap between what the doctors who tell us how Raw food can be good for us & the Raw Food Chef who tells us how good raw food can be to us.

The class is about EMPOWERMENT and how to make a significantly raw food diet work for you in real life!

Joan will discuss what you want to accomplish with raw food, and what your perceived challenges are. We will make a few “Quick & Easy” raw meals from both dehydrated and perishable pantries. We will learn how it easy it can be with a “no Worries” attitude! For more information on Joan and her work go to: www.iamlivingraw.com

The event will be from 7-9 pm upstairs at the Studio. Do your best to arrive at 6:45 pm. It is $25 per person.
