I don’t know about you, but I am excited 2012 is here. Let’s make it a fun one together!

I have a lot planned for January with the objective of creating healthy habits that produce health & fitness success. There is no better time than January because the possibility for success is in the air. I can feel the excitement of possibility everywhere as people reflect on 2011 and plan for the best in 2012.

Here are a few things planned for 2012:

Holiday Boot Camp Schedule For Monday, January 2nd:

  • Classes at Belmont @ 8 am & 9 am & Burlingame @ 8 am *Members of all other locations can attend and bring a guest
