I hope you had a great Easter Sunday.
I am excited to be back in Cali with all of my boot campers, coaching clients, trainers and friends. It was a fun week with the family, good times in Dallas, but now back to the grind 🙂
I will get back on track with my eating habits today with my 5 Day Detox (no starchy carbs, animal proteins except for beef, only apples, pears, olives, coconut and avocados for fruits and all the low glycemic veggies).
Then on April 14th, I will do a complete 180 and go vegetarian for 10 days with the 10 Day Detox. It should be an exciting 15 days! Let me know if you want to join me. If you are doing the 10 Day Detox and want to do the 5 Day prior with me, I will send you the program for FREE.
