What a week! Thank you!

Great week last week!

The 5 Day Fat Burner was a great success. Over 100 people participated in the challenge, brought the energy and committed to 5 days of workouts and the 5 Day Detox.

The American Lung Association Climb for Air event was also a success! Many on our team above walked, jogged or skipped the 52 flights of stairs two times (not just once like most of the fireman 🙂 )

Thank you to all that supported the event financially. As a team, we raised thousands of dollars for American Lung Association.

The 9 am Saturday Boot Camps have been going very well. There will not be a class this Saturday, but we will be adding more Saturday workouts given the demand.

The Trail & Hiking Group will meet Saturday, March 30th (7:30 am) at Edgewood Park. The group will do between 3-8 miles depending on desire 🙂 All levels welcome. Take Edgewood exit off I-280; right (west) on Edgewood to dead end at Canada Blvd. Park on the left of Edgewood. This is officially Redwood City, 94062.

Every Thursday there will be a 7:10 am meet-up trail group at Waterdog Lake in Belmont *Meet at the intersection of Lake and Lyall *Team Captain: Louise
